Billabong, Hunter British Schools contest postponed due to no surf forecast The British Schools Surfing contest due to take place this weekend the 17th 18th April has had to be postponed due to no surf being forecast. Simon Tucker Marketing Manager for Billabong “said we had no surf forecast for this weekend, this is a very important event in British Jnr Surfing but we have no option but to postpone. Competitors will be travelling from as far afield as Jersey, Wales and Scotland, we would like to give as much notice as possible to all Competitors. We are looking for available dates within the contest calendar and will keep all involved informed.
