What is it? Nike 6.0 “Picture This” is not your regular surf comp, the winner is not the person who gets the most points on a wave or in a heat but the rider who gets the best shot during the session.Working with three photographers from Wavelength (Tim Nunn, Ben Selway and Greg Martin) you will be put in one of a number of 45 minute ‘heats’ where you are challenged to pull out your best tricks and manoeuvres for the cameras. The best shots will then be put to the public vote on the Wavelength website to decide who is the ultimate winner.The winner will pocket £500, the winning shot will be featured in the magazine and will also make a special Nike 6.0 window inNorthshore surf shop. Each participants’ best shot will be sent to them following the event.
The details: The event is open to anyone, and will offer lunch with spot prize presentations plus a Nike 6.0 pack for every entrant.
