f you're fat and in need to diet, don't ever go to Portugal. I went this week and I just realised all that anyone seems to eat is cake, toasted cheese and ham sandwiches, steak and chips or pizza. I feel ill. I need fruit and nutrition. I am certain that the vigorous training regime I began this year was an exercise in futility because I have an overhang that ripples like Andy Fordham when he's out walking. I really don't know how the Portuguese can produce such rouge hot talent such as Ronny and Luis Figo on this kind of diet. It's a complete mystery to me.

I guess you don't really want to hear that we just finished the magazine. You should know that already because if you bought the last one, you'll realise the next instalment is due REAL soon. So, may I present to you my alcoholic/drug loving neighbour instead; he got locked out of his flat yesterday and I found him crawling around outside trying to figure out how it happened. Needless to say, I therefore can confirm he definitely didn't have a heart attack the other weekend.
More F.B / serial killer updates next time.

Need I write anything down here? Answer is, not really. A picture paints a thousand words and this is no expception.
Just a regular scene (from last weekend) outside of my ghetto flat featuring one of the many alcoholic/drug addicted neighbours I live next to, yelling 'PIG!! WHERE ARE YOU?! I'M 'AVING A HEART ATTACK. PIIIIIIG! I NEED THE HOSPITAL!'
Bless him. I think it must have been something else, because I saw him yesterday, and he was fine.
