Hi guys,

When I went surfing the last time I was really impressed about my balance on the board. With quite some practise

on my slackline, it help so much to find my balance. I noticed my core strength was also very beneficial to my surfing

experience. I believe slacklining is also a great tool to keep fit during the winter season. I personally have found some

useful information here: www.slackline4u.com . That also were I purchased my kit.

Keep surfing!

Apparently that was a real hit when I was relocating to Germany a few years back... :S

If you want to really strengthen your core (and not do pilates), I found that paddling on my surfboard with my arms really helped me. Also a really good exercise for the back. Paddle surfing is also really good and quite easy to do when the water is calm.

Visit our Surf Camp website if you're planning to go surfing somewhere.

I definitly recommend to you skateboarding if you want to improve your balance. It also helps a lot with new tricks.

Also your core strenght will increase while you paddle when you're surfing as well as while you skateboard.
